Membership to the Cruise Club gives you exclusive access to the Cruise Club Concierge – a dedicated team that will develop and book complete cruise packages thanks to incredible cruise products. Group allocations means we can fix great value prices for your customers and ensure availability. The team is here to answer your cruise queries 6 days a week, and they also man a 24 hour emergency number for all customers in resort or needing assistance when the Concierge office is closed.

As a member of the Cruise Club, you can benefit from our exclusive training events to enhance your product knowledge, learn unique marketing tips and better understand the world of cruising. This gives you complimentary places on a range of cruise events including Cruise Club Seminars and training, Cruise Club Supper Club networking events and a priority invitation to our annual Cruise Club Conference including industry speakers and practical workshops.
